This Blog really didn't fly did it?
I guess this blog really did not fly well. I barely got into the book. I have the actual book as well as the e-book and I have promised myself to get back to it. apparently that is a resolution!

First Night of the Big Webcast
So I dashed around frantically so very very excited for the webinar to begin. I had set the timer on the stove to go off to remind me to boot up the laptop. I got my clipboard, a good pen (one with ink that is), paper, my "Oprah.com: A New Earth Companion Guide for Chapter 1", a drink, headphones, chapstick, a foot stool, a granola bar and I was ready...... oh yes, and I ran to the bathroom too....
So with four minutes to spare, I went to www.oprah.com and "took my seat" (that is what the button you could click on said) and I was so excited!
Was great... there was discussion going on.... and a countdown... so then it started.... I was in the moment... loving it... was perfect for first several minutes and then began to freeze... :(
As time went on, it froze more and more often. I had had several minutes between brief freezing and then it got to the point that I would have several minutes of frozen picture and then I would get 2 or 3 words and another frozen picture.
I had my hubby go over to our main computer and try to see if it was just my laptop... he got on no problem and was at the right place..... the player began with "A New Earth" header above it... and a completely different show began.... an episode of Oprah with discussions around difficult menstrual periods!!! what was that!!! did a hacker put that there? sorta funny.... cuz I know I was soooo cranky the webcast was not broadcasting smoothly that it felt like a difficult period.
Once I clicked on webcast support I lost the webcast entirely. Only a black screen remained forever.... friends msn'd me to say that they were having challenges.... upon chatting... we all had much the same experience including several who got the period show too....
very very disappointed....
I will download tomorrow. .. ... .... so much for live questions :(
